How to bake cookies

    Eating sweet snacks has always been the girls favorite, but if you really know the process of baking cookies. I'm not sure if the girls will dare to enjoy the cookies as they did before knowing it.

We all love the sweet taste of it. The mixture of butter and sugar are just perfect. As if some magic has happened, the wonderful combination made it difficult for our hands to stop putting these crispy thing into our mouth. 

     Things we need for this snack are simple but sinful. We need an egg, butter, sugar(the evil ingredients)and of course! Flour! I love to make cookie at home, because I can avoid the scary part of the secret process of baking cookies. It's very easy to make cookie. First, you need to melt the butter, so that it would be east for you to do the next step. You will realize how many butter you have taken in when you do this step. Just look down at your belly, girl. The  butter we prepared for 2 dozens of cookies are about 50g, it's about twice the size of your thumb. After the butter is melted, we mix the other ingredients together and make it into a dough. As you put all the ingredients together and stir them, you can see the golden yolk and the butter turning the white flour into a yellow shiny dough. And now you can smell the tasty scent of the cookie is now spreading out in the air.
     Here comes the most interesting part of baking cookies! Shaping them! You can make the dough into whatever shape you what to as long as you wash your hand. Putting the dough in my hand and squeeze it. It's so much fun! You can also use the cookie cutters that comes in different shapes to shape the cookies in cute styles. If you prefer the "original shape" of cookies, you can just take a small part of the dough and rub it in your palm to make the dough into a small ball, and then press it, it will then become a little circle in your hand.
     After showing your creativity, we put the unbaked cookies on to the baking tray, line them up evenly so that the heat will spread the same. Then all you need to do is to put the tray into the oven and heat up the oven to about 180 degrees Celsius and wait about 15~20 minutes. While the cookies are in the oven, you have to take care of them also. Like a mother, you have to peek in the oven see if they are growing up, and  turning their colors from golden yellow into brown. Watching the cookies change and smelling the aroma of them makes will make you feel warm, peaceful and happy. I guess this is why I enjoy baking cookies by myself. You can control the sugar you want to add if you don't want to get too much calories, this is the best way of enjoying sinful snacks.
     Ding! The pleasant sound of the oven is telling us to take out the cookies. The moment you open the oven, the heat and the smell of the cookies run out into the air, filling the whole house with the sweet aroma. This would definitely be the best moment! Just wait for the cookies to cool down, then you can enjoy your efforts, in a healthier and fulfilling way!     

Different kinds of Girlfriends you may have

Since now we are college students, there seems to be a common sense that we should
get a boyfriend and girlfriend in college. It would be kind of embarrass to tell your friends that you stay single after 4 years of college life. As a girl, I see different kind of my girl friends becoming others' girlfriend. There is a variety of girlfriends that I see they are to their boyfriends. It's very interesting to see my friends acting so different to be a girlfriend.
     There are girls that are the so-called the Jealous girlfriend. This kind of girl has potential fear that her boyfriend will betray her. She is lack of trust to her boyfriend; therefore she will text her boyfriend all the time, no matter where she is, and what she's doing. She will question everything and be stroppy to the boyfriend's answer. She will have a pissed-off look on her face when the boyfriend is talking to genuine female friends, generally people he knows a lot longer than the jealous one. And the girlfriend will start arguing with the boyfriend when they are alone. Frequent quizzing of the boyfriend is also to be noted. For instance: why didn't you text me back right away when you read my message already on Line?
     Instead of the Jealous girlfriend. There is a kind of girlfriend that is Selfless Girlfriend. This kind of girls are givers. All that they care is you, and the relationship. They may even change their interest and apparel because of you. One of my friend, you can say that either she's stupid or she's so in love with the boy. The selfless girl never wore sneakers before she met her boyfriend. But after she fell in love with the boy who loves to collect different kinds of sneakers. She totally changed her style. She started to spend her money on sneakers, and become a different girl, in order to match her boyfriend. I found it very amazing to see her change. But I just couldn't believe that falling in love can change a girl so much.
    There is one more kind of girl that I feel I would fall in love with if I'm a boy. It is the kind of girlfriend that is like your good buddy. This kind of girl knows all of your lads, and you can sit down and watch a basketball game together. No need to worry about she being angry that you don't spend time with her. Nothing need to be hidden in front out this type of girlfriend, and you can always see the real side of her. They laugh so real, they curse so true. You will probably feel the most comfortable when you are with them. They are like your best friend, and the most intimate one.
    There's of course more types of girlfriends, but as a girl. These are types of girlfriends that I think are the most specific ones. No matter what kind of girlfriend you have, just be patient, and love them. I'm sure that girls will understand how much you love them, and they will definitely treat you in the same way, or their "special" way to show their love.
